Building instructions for dolfmeister LEGO® MOC (My Own Creation)
Bauhaus Railway Station | Tan & Dark Red | Set
Inspired by Märklin's No. 418 'Bahnhof Friedrichshafen' produced from 1937 to 1956, this striking railway station captures the distinctive 'Bauhaus' architectural style. The building that served as the prototype still stands today, and now houses the Zeppelin Museum.
The model features complete interior and exterior detail, including furniture and many Minifigures arranged in life-like scenes.
While the ground floor houses the station master's office and control room, baggage and ticket counters, a kiosk, a post office and waiting areas, the upper floor features a restaurant with outdoor terrace and piano bar, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
A sculpture depicting railway travel adorns the wall above the grand staircase, and the tower is accessible via a folding ladder and a trap door. It contains a clock mechanism, and an owl.
